Flutter App Factory
Give an agent one topic to handle idea validation, planning, branding, screen design, development, AdMob integration and Play Store deployment. Includes shared packages, tools and 21 procedure guides.
Basic$146.46
Skill overview
One topic to an ad-supported app launch.
Your agent runs the production line.
Idea validation → Planning → Branding → UI design → Development → Ad setup → Play release. You confirm irreversible steps.
This skill is a tool for building releasable apps. Marketing, ASO and post-launch growth are being prepared as separate skills. This skill does not promise revenue.
Launching one app takes thirty jobs.
Development may take a week, but the remaining work takes weeks more. The second app repeats it all.
The same request, with and without app-factory.
Real runs using the same Claude Code and prompt: “Make a water-reminder app.”
- Default Material blue, no concept
- No ads
- No terms or privacy policy
- No signing, R8 or package naming rules
- 2 tests
- soft_pastel concept, automatically rotated from the previous app
- Declarative banner and interstitial setup, with test IDs enforced
- Terms, privacy and license screens included automatically
- Signing, R8 and date-based versionCode prepared
- 12 tests plus architecture and configuration checks passed
What you get
One ZIP. A single installation command adds everything to your project.
Real app screenshots
Every screenshot is from an app made with this skill, running in an emulator. Ads use Google's test IDs.
Workflow
python3 install.py ~/my-factory — Unpacks templates, tools and procedures, then replaces package names/topic-scout — Research current issues and demand, then rank candidates across four criteria/factory-autobuild <topic> — From validation through distribution. State files let it resume after a disconnected session. How factory-autobuild works
The upstream process is a fixed sequence. Downstream, a small loop completes milestones one at a time. State lives in files, so disconnected sessions can resume.
① Upstream — Topic to first distribution, in a fixed sequence
② Downstream — One milestone per tick
③ Store lane — Optional, runs alongside M1
Three layers of checks maintain quality
State lives in files — Resume after a disconnected session
Account protection is part of the design.
Publishing several apps that only change template data can lead to suspension under Play's repetitive-content policy.
Who it's for
- Solo developers with some Flutter experience who want to launch multiple ad-supported apps
- People already using Claude Code or Codex
- People who have released an app and don't want to repeat the store and policy work
- You're installing Flutter for the first time.
- You don't have Play Developer and AdMob accounts.
- You've never completed an app release yourself.
Before you start
- Verified with Claude Code and Codex. Other agents can read the files, but their behavior is not guaranteed.
- iOS builds require macOS . Windows supports the Android release pipeline and skips iOS stages.
- Provide your own Google Play Developer and AdMob accounts. Firebase is optional.
- The agent builds automatically, but you remain responsible for output quality and store-policy compliance . The workflow adds checks; it cannot guarantee store approval.
Requirements
Check these before buying. A stage cannot run without its required tools.
| Agent | A Claude Code or Codex subscription. These two were tested; other agents are not guaranteed. |
| Development environment | Flutter SDK 3.x, Git, Python 3.10+, Android SDK and emulator. macOS, Windows and Linux; iOS builds require macOS. |
| Google Play Developer account | Required; registration fee is separate. Distribution automation requires a service-account key. |
| AdMob account | Required. Automatic ad-ID provisioning is optional and needs a Google Cloud OAuth client. Otherwise, create IDs manually in the console and add them to app.yaml. |
| External plugins | Not required. Six verifier and reviewer agents are included. pencil MCP is optional for logo and screen-design automation; manual alternatives are provided. |
| Firebase | Optional, only for App Distribution, Analytics or Crashlytics. |
Frequently asked questions
No. The agent writes code, but you need to read and judge failures. It's best after you've completed one app release yourself.
Does it guarantee revenue? No. This skill is a tool for building releasable apps and marketing, ASO and post-launch growth are planned separately. Revenue depends on the topic, market and luck and cannot be guaranteed.
What about account suspension?Repetitive-content policy is the main risk, so the workflow includes concept rotation and a 20% unique-feature check. You remain responsible. Don't submit several apps in one day.
Does it work on Windows?Installation, checks, builds and Play uploads use Python and work on Windows. AdMob/Play browser automation was tested on macOS; Windows needs a different Chrome path but hasn't been tested on a device. iOS builds require macOS.
What if I don't have pencil or other plugins? All verification agents are included. pencil is used only for logo and screen design. Without it, follow the fallback procedures using your own logo PNG and a text screen specification.
What if Flutter or Android SDK is missing? After installation, doctor checks required and optional tools, shows a table, and gives OS-specific installation instructions and affected stages. It doesn't install tools itself. Install them yourself or ask your agent. Automatic builds won't start with required tools missing.
How many apps can I make?No limit. One buyer or organization can use it for any number of apps. Redistribution of the skill itself is prohibited.
